Keeping Connected is a new, Torfaen-based company dedicated to providing companionship and support for the elderly and less able in our community. Our company was established after two years of working in home care, during which we witnessed first-hand the profound impact loneliness and isolation can have on individuals. Inspired by these experiences, we set out to offer a service that brings warmth, connection, and companionship into the lives of those who need it most.
At Keeping Connected, we offer personalised, flexible, at-home support for you or your loved ones. We understand that everyone's needs are different, which is why our services are entirely tailored to suit the individual. Whether it's assistance with daily tasks or simply a friendly visit to chat and spend time together, our goal is to provide comfort, connection, and peace of mind.
